Job summary

STAQ Pharma is seeking a Formulation Technician to support dispensing, formulation, documentation, cleaning, and restocking in a 503B pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. You will work in an ISO-8 environment, following detailed procedures, PPE protocols, and cGMP standards to ensure patient safety and product quality.

Expect exposure to sterile compounding and regulated production tasks with emphasis on accuracy, documentation, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sterile compounding/pharma manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Ability to perform weight, volume, unit, and formulation calculations.
• Must pass required drug screening and any pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform ISO-8 dispensing and formulation operations according to batch records, SOPs, and GDP/cGMP requirements.
• Prepare, verify, handle, and stage materials and equipment for formulation activities.
• Weigh, measure, dispense, or support formulation-related tasks following approved procedures.
• Document all actions contemporaneously and accurately according to GDP standards.
• Follow cGMP, health and safety, PPE, and company policies at all times.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and maintenance as needed.
