Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or mechanical work.
• Knowledge of basic machine operation and controls.

• Able to create, follow and document written plans.
• Proficient in basic shop mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Forge and trim parts in a two-to-three person team for hub bearing units.
• Operate and adjust forge press safely per guidelines.
• Adjust die and tooling sets.
• Complete quality and production control documents accurately.
• Use gauges to measure and verify part dimensions.
• Communicate abnormalities to Supervisor.
• Follow PPE rules and 5S in the work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
