The position requires a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing or mechanical inclination, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with basic math. Overtime and a strong teamwork mindset are expected in this manufacturing environment.

Base wage: $21.00 per hour.
Second shift differential: $2.00 per hour.
Third shift differential: $3.00 per hour.

Bump cap, steel toe safety shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection are required in the Forging Department.
