• Allergen control program adherence.
• Report suspicious packages or activities.
• If monitoring CCPs, trained in HACCP and follow HACCP plans.

Responsibilities

• Process items accurately per recipe and SOP, including weighing and labeling.
• Minimize foreign material and waste during preparation.
• Document lot numbers, weights, and labeling for inventory accuracy.
• Meet individual KPI targets.
• Safely operate pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
• Attend training and participate in related job-related learning.
• Train new staff within the department when required.
• Perform other duties with similar skill and work conditions.
