Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Production Worker in Fall River, MA to join a leading food processing team. The role involves supporting the production line, ensuring accurate orders, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with a 7 AM to 3 PM shift and a pay rate of $15 per hour, plus benefits after waiting period. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stay on feet for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in a cold/wet area.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that orders are accurate.
• Wrap scallops and operate scales.
• Stack boxes and vats.
• Lift boxes and move needed product.
• Operate, handle equipment, following safety requirements.
