SnackCraft in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a packaging associate to manage final product handling, ensuring correct placement in pallets, trays or boxes per customer specifications. This role operates in a food production and warehouse setting, requiring attention to detail and strict safety adherence.

The ideal candidate will maintain product quality, assist in training new personnel, and support efficient bagging and packing operations while complying with GMP, HACCP, and safety policies.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in food packaging or manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to follow GMP, HACCP, and safety policies.

Mansioni

• Follow GMP and Safety policies to comply with HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
• Perform product handling in packaging work-cell (stacking, counting, packaging, sealing).
• Verify code dates, weight, and appearance to meet client specs.
• Ensure trays, pallets and boxes meet standards.
• Maintain bagging machine operation for efficiency and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with packing team for break relief and keep area orderly.
