The ideal candidate has 3+ years of flexographic press experience, is able to work 2nd or 3rd shift with overtime, and can handle lifting up to 50 lbs while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Excellent visual color matching.
• Ability to read blueprints/work orders.
• Proficiency using measuring tools (micrometers, densitometers).
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate Comexi CI flexographic presses.
• Mount plates, prepare inks and adjust web tension.
• Monitor print quality and correct defects.
• Perform safe changeovers and basic maintenance.
• Follow quality protocols and maintain a clean, safe area.
