Job summary

Giro Pack, Inc (USA) seeks a Printing Assistant to support production operations at our Vidalia, GA facility. You will assist the pressroom, supply inks, transfer inks, and help maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting daily quality and production goals set by the Printing Manager.

Responsibilities include completing ink forms, following procedures, and reporting safety or equipment concerns promptly. This is a full-time, on-site position with multiple shift options.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Teamwork and communication with shift colleagues.
• Commitment to safety rules in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle detail-oriented tasks.
• Good vision for detailed ink handling and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist pressman and support production operations.
• Supply presses with inks and solvents as needed.
• Transfer inks from totes to operative containers.
• Complete required ink production forms.
• Keep work area clean and safe; dispose of waste properly.
• Follow inspection procedures and labeling requirements.
• Report safety/equipment concerns to supervisor promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
