Job summary

hireneXus is seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator for its second-shift production team in the Green Bay area. Direct-hire opportunity with compensation up to $35/hour based on experience, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional printing experience, preferably flexographic/packaging.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting ability.
• Experience operating Nilpeter presses is highly preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up flexographic printing presses to meet production and quality standards.
• Monitor press performance and adjust to maintain print quality and efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime and waste.
• Ensure substrates, inks, and tooling are ready for scheduled runs.
• Maintain safety, quality, and efficient use of materials while collaborating with teammates.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Kaizen methods.
• Follow quality systems and contribute to a culture of safety and innovation.
