Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group seeks an experienced press operator to run a Mark Andy P4 and produce premium pressure‑sensitive labels. You will own all press setup, from plate mounting to ink selection, die setup, and changeovers, ensuring tight color and registration while following safety and GMP procedures.

Role requires 3+ years on narrow‑web flexographic presses, strong troubleshooting, and a Lean/Six Sigma mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years running narrow‑web flexographic presses.
• Hands‑on mastery of plate mounting, anilox selection, ink systems, UV curing, color matching, registration, die cutting, and lamination.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Mark Andy Performance Series P4 to produce premium labels and packaging.
• Own full press setup: make‑ready, plate mounting, anilox and ink selection, die setup, substrate alignment, and job changeovers.
• Maintain tight color, registration, and quality; document all steps.
• Coordinate with Scheduling, Prepress, Quality, Finishing, and Maintenance to hit deadlines.
