Entry-level candidates welcome with hands-on training; pay ranges from $18–$25 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for advancement and long-term potential through temp-to-hire placement.

Formación

• Entry-level candidates welcome; no prior manufacturing experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Experience in deburring, polishing, or metal finishing adds pay potential.
• Experience with hand tools or powered finishing equipment.
• Knowledge of Ra measurements and surface finish requirements.
• Medical device or precision manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to train others and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Deburr, polish, and finish precision-machined metal components.
• Remove rough edges using hand tools and finishing equipment.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and surface finish requirements.
• Work with stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Complete basic production and quality documentation.
• Identify and report quality concerns.
• Experienced technicians may train newer team members.
