Qualifications
Prior experience in a metal fabricating business or similar industry desired but not necessary.
Responsibilities
Maintain efficiencies at the established rates for each operation.
Verify conformance of finished work-piece to quality specifications.
Ensure accuracy and quality on all assigned jobs.
Relay production issues related to laser welding processes.
Communicate with Managers, Supervisors, and fellow employees.
Comply with all safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Complete labor entry/data collection accurately.
