Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking CNC Machine Operators for a precision manufacturing company in Columbia City, IN. The role is 1st shift, full-time, temp-to-hire, with pay ranging based on experience. Entry-level candidates can receive training.

Responsibilities include operating CNC mills and lathes, loading/unloading, inspecting parts, and reading blueprints. Candidates should be detail-oriented and able to stand for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNC experience preferred but entry-level training is available.
• Blueprint reading and measuring tools experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts.
• Load and unload machines and inspect finished parts.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Monitor part quality and make machine adjustments as needed.
• Read blueprints and follow production specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
