Job summary

Award Staffing Inc. is seeking a Finishing Operator in Litchfield, MN on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2:45PM-11:15PM) with overtime as needed. This temporary assignment runs through December 2026 and pays $19.25 per hour.

You will read SOP/PSOP, inspect parts under magnification, maintain production data, and adhere to safety and 6S practices. Qualifications include teamwork, basic math, reading blueprints, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Must read and follow SOPs/PSOPs.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods.
• English language proficiency required (read/write/speak).
• Ability to read features of blueprints and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Read and perform duties per SOP/PSOP.
• Maintain accurate part counts and ERP data.
• Inspect parts under magnification for quality per SOP/PSOP.
• Communicate problems to area lead or supervisor.
• Meet/exceed productivity goals with high quality.
