Award Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Maple Lake, MN. This position offers a pay rate range of $20.00-$21.00/hr. The operator will work 2nd shift, Monday to Thursday, from 3:45PM to 1:45AM. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, effective communication skills, and be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret operating manuals and standards.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate work equipment and power tools in plant operations.
• Communicate with team to ensure work completion on schedule.
• Maintain good working relationships with team members.
• Assist in training of team members.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and work areas.
• Identify work priorities and meet deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and repair problems as needed.
