Responsibilities

• Follow production instructions from sheets, blueprints, or verbal directions.
• Install machine fixtures and align dies, punches, blades, and fixtures.
• Set up and operate machines like lathes, mills, drills, presses, and CNCs.
• Inspect finished products with calipers, micrometers, and gauges for tolerances.
• Maintain safety protocols, PPE use, and clean, organized work areas.
