Supreme Screw Products, Inc. in Plainview, NY is seeking a Precision Finishing, Deburring & Assembly Technician to support our precision manufacturing operations.

The role involves deburring, polishing, cleaning, inspecting, and assembling precision-machined components used in medical devices and other high-precision applications. You will follow established procedures, maintain quality, and work with CNC machinists, engineering, and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, component finishing, assembly, or a similar production environment.
• Good manual dexterity with small precision components.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual defects.
• Ability to read and follow written manufacturing instructions, routers, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision deburring of CNC-machined components using hand tools and finishing equipment.
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface defects without affecting dimensions.
• Perform polishing and cosmetic finishing according to specifications.
• Inspect components for scratches, damage, burrs and defects.
• Assemble precision components and verify fit and cleanliness.
• Follow manufacturing routers and document operations and results.
