Nexxt Spine LLC in Noblesville, IN seeks a Finishing Technician – Deburring to remove burrs and clean precision components for medical devices. You will work with hand tools, tumbling and ultrasonic cleaning, ensuring parts meet blueprint specifications and quality standards.

The role supports finishing areas, collaborates with the Shift Production Lead, and requires attention to detail, safety, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualificações

• Read and work from blueprints and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning new equipment, tools and processes.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Remove burrs, sharp edges and surface defects from machined components using hand tools, files, abrasives, and rotary tools, under magnification.
• Operate tumbling, vibratory finishing, shot blast and ultrasonic cleaning equipment to deburr, smooth and clean parts.
• Deburr and clean parts according to established manufacturing processes.
• Inspect deburred parts visually and with measuring instruments to confirm blueprint specs.
• Complete required production records and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Report quality concerns and production delays to Finishing Lead.
