Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Deburr and polish machined parts per drawing specifications.
• Install hardware such as dowel pins, helicoils, PEM nuts, and twin-cert.
• Work with aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, and plastics.
• Use tools including deburr knife, deburr whip, file, sandpaper, and scotch-brite.
• Operate power tools: orbital sander, belt sander, drill press, arbor press, polishing wheel.
