You read specs, fit components, and bring each product across the finish line—hands-on, precise, and safety-first. You manually cut and install springs, smooth sharp edges through careful deburring, and verify every detail before it moves on. Throughout the shift you collaborate with teammates to hit production goals, keep your area tidy for efficiency, and alert your supervisor quickly if anything looks off.
