Description

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and hands-on Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will accurately and safely assemble and fabricate products according to work orders, assembly instructions, blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in producing quality work, is willing to learn, and can adapt to new technology and processes.

Product knowledge can be taught. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, initiative, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience with our specific products is not required.

Requirements
What You Will Do:
  • Complete assembly work orders by reviewing assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists.
  • Gather and prepare the appropriate parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials needed to complete each job.
  • Position parts and subassemblies using templates, measurements, drawings, and written instructions.
  • Assemble components by examining connections for proper fit, alignment, and functionality.
  • Use hand tools, measuring equipment, and other assembly tools to complete work accurately and efficiently.
  • Measure and test completed components to verify they meet required specifications.
  • Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure product integrity and accuracy.
  • Identify issues or inconsistencies and use basic problem-solving skills to determine appropriate solutions.
  • Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
  • Follow all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to overall production goals.
  • Perform other assembly-related duties as required.
