Dymond Painting and Finishing in the Baltimore area seeks a highly skilled Fine Finish Craftsman to join our painting team. You will deliver high-quality paint application and meticulous prep, while protecting and cleaning the job site.

Reporting to the Owner, you will manage time, communicate with clients and team, and uphold our standards of professionalism and property care. Experience with residential interiors and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years professionally painting residential buildings.
• Strong foundational knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
• A genuine passion for the craft of painting.
• Ability to follow the core values and mission of Dymond Painting and Finishing.
• Be willing to submit to a background check if offered employment.
• A valid Drivers License and reliable transportation to and from job locations across the Baltimore Area.

Responsibilities

• Technical Execution: Perform high-level painting and finishing tasks with precision and care.
• Site Preparation & Maintenance: Prepare workspaces thoroughly before beginning and ensure a complete, spotless cleanup at the end of every job.
• Organization: Maintain an organized work environment and keep tools/equipment in top condition.
• Logistics: Run errands as needed to support the team and track work hours accurately.
• Professional Development: Actively participate in professional training programs to sharpen skills and stay updated on industry techniques.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager/Owner to meet daily goals and communicate effectively with the team.
