Qualifications

• Previous professional or industrial painting experience preferred.
• Experience with surface preparation, including sanding, patching, and cleaning.
• Knowledge of brushes, rollers, and/or spray painting equipment.
• Ability to mix and match paint colors.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and minor repairs.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve the required finish.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Inspect work areas to determine necessary preparation and safety measures.
• Protect surrounding surfaces from paint, dust, and debris.
