Integrated Power Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of industrial rotating equipment. The role requires hands-on expertise with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, and pumps, plus precision alignment and inspection skills.

You will install and remove motors, read blueprints, and perform tests to ensure equipment integrity while maintaining safety and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, pumps, or similar rotating industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting precision measuring instruments and technical blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and be willing to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends for on-call field service.
• Preferred: PdMA testing or Level I Vibration Analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of industrial rotating equipment.
• Oversee precision assembly and alignment of AC/DC motors and coupled equipment.
• Perform laser alignments and set critical air gaps and seals to OEM specs.
• Conduct detailed mechanical inspections using precision tools and verify tolerances.
• Carry out advanced overhauls including bearings, gearboxes, and torque-critical components.
• Perform diagnostics with portable equipment to ensure system reliability.
