Precision and strong communication are essential for accurate field data and project success. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of survey experience (Rodman/Instrument Man).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• A minimum of 1 year of survey experience as Rodman, Instrument Man.
• Must be able to understand work directions and communicate effectively with management and fellow employees.

Responsibilities

• Operate surveying instruments to support field crews.
• Set up equipment and take measurements.
• Maintain and check survey instruments.
• Record neat field notes and data.
• Coordinate with Crew Chief on progress.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain vehicles.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Read and interpret maps and plans.
