Gunnebo Group's Hamilton facility in Milford, OH is seeking a Machine Operator I specializing in fiber laser operations for the 2nd shift. You will load, monitor, and adjust fiber laser cutting equipment, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances.

Ideal candidates have hands-on CNC/laser experience, strong attention to quality and safety, and a collaborative approach to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating fiber laser cutting machines in manufacturing.
• Able to read blueprints and apply GD&T.
• Proficient in CNC programming and setup.
• Strong focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor fiber laser cutting machines with precision.
• Set up machine parameters from blueprints and CAM data.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laser equipment.
• Use calipers, micrometers and gauges for quality checks.
• Maintain machine logs and production documentation.
• Participate in 5S and Kaizen activities.
• Follow safety protocols on the factory floor.
• Other duties as assigned.
