Qualifications

• Proven experience operating fiber laser cutting machines in manufacturing.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and CNC programming basics.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor fiber laser cutting machines with precision and quality.
• Set up parameters using CNC programming and blueprint reading.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of equipment.
• Use calipers and micrometers for in-process inspections and documentation.
• Maintain machine logs and support 5S/Kaizen initiatives.
• Follow safety protocols and assist with tooling adjustments as needed.
