Job summary

Perdue Farms, Inc. is seeking a Panel Operator to oversee feed production with precision using advanced control systems. You will monitor and program computer terminals, operate grinding and pelleting equipment, and guide ingredients to proper bins to maintain quality and efficiency.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work nights, and adherence to food safety and quality standards. Prior experience in a production setting and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience preferred.
• Reading, writing and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor batching, grinding, and pelleting terminals and equipment to ensure consistent feed production.
• Follow all food safety and quality procedures.
• Ensure feeds are produced per specified formulas.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed.
• Communicate with Quality Control, Mill management and Maintenance teams.
• Coordinate feed production with dispatchers and bin space.
