Job summary

Perdue Farms, Inc. is seeking a Panel Operator at our Forsyth, GA facility. You will monitor and program control systems, operate grinding and pelleting equipment, and ensure precise batch formulation for premium feeds.

This role offers a base rate of $19.29 per hour with shift premiums, overtime opportunities, and annual bonus potential, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, 401(k), life and disability insurance. Schedule: Monday–Friday with weekend rotation, 3:00 pm–11:00 am.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor batching, grinding, and pelleting terminals for quality feed.
• Follow all food safety and NICARB/NAE program procedures.
• Ensure feeds match perspective formulas.
• Maintain and clean equipment as required.
• Coordinate feed production with dispatchers regarding orders and bin space.
