Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related manufacturing setup/operation experience.
• Ability to read, write, and apply basic shop math.
• Team-first mindset and adaptability in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Warren threader/header machines to produce parts that meet all quality and production requirements.
• Continuously observe assigned machines and make adjustments to sustain throughput and part quality.
• Read and interpret shop drawings/blueprints to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Select correct materials and tooling; perform minor machine maintenance and daily lubrication.
• Use precision measuring instruments to validate parts.
• Document production: SPC charting, lot splits, job card entries, and Suspect sheets.
