Qualifications

• Proficient in MIG and TIG welding; knowledge of other processes a plus.
• Experience reading blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Good written and verbal communication; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, welding symbols, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Layout, measure, mark, cut, fit, and assemble metal components to spec.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Operate band saws, ironworkers, drill presses, grinders, and other metalworking equipment.
• Fabricate structural frames, platforms, brackets, guards, and custom components.
• Verify dimensions with measuring tools and inspect weldments for quality.
• Maintain equipment and document production, quality, and maintenance activities.
