The role focuses on delivering high-quality parts and fixing machinery as needed, while adhering to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of fabrication/welding experience, strong shop math skills, and the ability to read blueprints accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One-year technical school diploma strongly preferred.
• 1–2 years fabrication/welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check fabrication and welding against drawings to verify dimensions and specs.
• Verify material used matches construction requirements.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality per customer standards.
• Inspect welding machines and equipment for accuracy.
• Ensure completed products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Follow shop floor control procedures and safety policies.
