Job summary

Diversified Fall Protection (DFP) is seeking a Fabricator in Cleveland, OH to lay out, weld, assemble, and finish fabricated metal components per drawings and safety standards.

Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, ability to read prints, and use layout tools. Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., overtime as needed. AWS 1-G certification and 2–3 years of welding/fabrication experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on fabrication and welding experience.
• AWS certification 1-G minimum; 2-G preferred in MIG and TIG welding.
• Ability to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and specifications.
• Layout, cut, fit, tack, weld, and assemble components per print requirements.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components.
