Royal Engineered Composites, Inc. is seeking a Fabric Technician to form parts using various materials per customer specifications. The role emphasizes following planners and work orders, mold cleanliness, and accurate material handling.

Essential duties include material layup, kit verification, and maintaining attendance per company guidelines, with cross-training and 6S involvement as part of daily tasks.

Formación

• Fabric Technicians must read and follow planners and work orders.
• Ability to lay up materials to form parts according to customer specs within labor targets.

Responsabilidades

• Layup various materials to form parts based on customer specifications within labor targets.
• Ensure molds are properly cleaned prior to layup.
• Verify material kits and backing.
• Monitor and record material out times.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance as per handbook and ADA guidelines.
• Abide by safety, quality, personnel, and other policies.
• Specification testing per customer and certification requirements.
• Cross-training as determined by manufacturing department and shop managers.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned for the department and company.
• Be actively engaged in the department’s 6S program and complete all necessary paperwork.
