Job summary

Carfair Composites Inc. is seeking a Composite Operator to assist in the fabrication and assembly of FRP components, using diverse materials and methods to meet production and quality standards.

You will handle fiberglass, resins, and composite materials, perform inspections, and maintain production records while following safety protocols. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn new processes as our company grows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in composite manufacturing or related fields preferred.
• Familiarity with fiberglass, resins, and composite materials.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to shape and finish composite parts.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure components meet standards.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and continuous improvement goals.
• Participate in training and development activities.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
