Atkore is seeking a Fabrication Machine Operator for the 1st shift in Cartersville, GA. You will start up and monitor multiple machines, ensuring quality production with minimal downtime.

This role emphasizes safety, process discipline, and teamwork in a high-speed manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has machine-operator experience, can read blueprints or schematics, and is willing to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Experience as a Machine Operator.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds and works safely.

Responsibilities
