• Mechanical assembly in a structured shop/manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with basic metrology and inspection tools.
• Proficient with Google Workspace or equivalent documentation tools.
• Self-directed with the ability to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
• Nice to have SolidWorks — ability to read models and drawings.
• Electrical controls or low-voltage panel wiring experience is a plus.
• Fine detail assembly experience and medical device or regulated manufacturing background.
