Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fabrication or similar manufacturing role.
• Proficient with manual mills and manual lathes; able to read engineering drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to understand engineering documentation and communicate clearly.
• Demonstrates safety, organization, and dependability in the shop.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate complex parts and assemblies.
• Provide feedback to improve designs and efficiency.
• Assist Engineers and Technicians with projects.
• Provide training to users of shop equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on machines.
• Maintain inventory of shop supplies and materials.
• Maintain a safe, collaborative work environment.
• Document and track workflow.
