Job summary

POLYWOOD® is seeking a Pathfinder Operator to join our hands-on production team in Syracuse, IN. You’ll operate the automated fabric cutting system to deliver clean, accurate parts for sewing and upholstery.

Ideal candidates have experience with automated or CNC cutting, strong attention to detail, and basic mechanical skills. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday day schedule, competitive pay, and weekly pay, with opportunities to grow on advanced equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating automated or CNC cutting equipment.
• Detail-oriented with ability to read patterns and digital cut files.
• Basic mechanical skills and comfort with machine interfaces.
• Ability to lift and handle fabric rolls up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Pathfinder automated fabric cutter safely and accurately.
• Load rolls and align materials for minimal waste.
• Review cutting files against production schedules.
• Monitor the machine and perform quality checks.
• Maintain a clean cutting area and follow safety protocols.
• Label and deliver cut parts to sewing/upholstery teams.
