American RENOLIT Corporation in Jasper, IN is seeking a Material Cutter Operator to join our production team. The role requires cutting fabric or leather, laying out patterns, digitizing leather, and inspecting materials for damage or defects.

Candidates should be able to operate Pathfinder or similar cutting machinery and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Safety is emphasized; eye protection is provided, and regular work hours apply.

Formación

• 1 yr experience in operating Pathfinder or similar cutting machine preferred
• Good eye for detail is required
• Able to lay out patterns compared to swatch
• Inspect products or materials for damage, defects or shortages
• Cut or trim fabric or leather
• Digitize leather
• Recognize characteristics of cloth or fabric
• Lift up to 50 lbs maximum and up to 20 lbs regularly

Description

All employees must wear safety glasses at all times. (Non-prescription safety glasses will be provided by Indiana Furniture.) Hearing protection and work gloves are available upon request. Individuals accepting job assignments with Indiana Furniture must be able to work during scheduled work hours on a regular basis.
