Qualifications

• Knowledge of machine operating fundamentals.
• Proven machine and web converting capabilities required.
• High school level math skills.
• Basic computer and order entry skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of converting and wide web substrate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely setting up and operating extrusion coating equipment to produce high-quality goods.
• Act as a safety leader and prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Collaborates with Safety Manager to maintain safe policies and programs.
• Meets or exceeds performance metrics through continuous improvement and daily planning.
• Completes equipment setup and operates machinery to defined specifications for finished products.
• Performs quality inspections to ensure conformity to specifications.
• Documents production activities and enters non-conforming material records.
