Job summary

Glenroy, Inc. in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin is seeking a Coating Operator to operate the Extrusion Coating lines under the guidance of the Coating Lead. You will follow written procedures, test materials, and communicate issues to ensure quality and efficiency on the production floor.

You will enter production data, move materials, and participate in preventive maintenance and housekeeping. This role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to GMP-like practices in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of web handling fundamentals.
• Basic math skills at high school level.
• Ability to read standard ruler measurements.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• English verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently with team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up Coating lines per written procedures.
• Test raw materials and document results.
• Communicate production issues to the Extrusion Coating Operator.
• Communicate quality decisions using defect identification and flags.
• Enter time and quantity data into the computer system.
• Move raw materials and finished products as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
