Glenroy, Inc. is a family-owned manufacturer in the flexible packaging industry, located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The Finishing Operator converts Master Rolls into Finished Rolls using established finishing procedures and works under the Finishing Lead.

Qualifications

• Strong English verbal and written communication required.
• High school level math skills required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently with team members.
• Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate finishing machines following procedures.
• Maintain material quality during slitting: print position, roll conformation, and hold procedures.
• Identify and remove defective material using flagging and inspection procedures.
• Follow shop packet instructions and complete line verification forms.
• Read and follow written procedures as required.
• Label, sleeve, and box finished goods.
• Enter time and quantity into the shop floor computer system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
