Job summary

Glenroy, Inc. in Menomonee Falls, WI, is seeking a Finishing Operator responsible for converting Master Rolls into Finished Rolls using Finishing procedures.

You will set up and operate finishing machines, maintain quality, and ensure proper labeling and packaging of finished goods in a clean, safe environment. The role requires the ability to read and follow procedures, multi-task with team members, and demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude for problem solving.

Qualifications

• English language verbal and written communication skills.
• High school math skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently with team members.
• Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Finishing machines following written procedures.
• Maintain material quality during slitting and ensure print position and roll conformation.
• Identify and remove defective material using flagging and inspection procedures.
• Follow shop packet instructions and complete line verification forms accurately.
• Read and follow written procedures and instructions as required.
• Label, sleeve, and box finished goods.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Enter time and quantity information into the shop floor computer system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
