Qualifications

• Experience with commercial embroidery machines such as Tajima, Barudan, Brother, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial embroidery machines to customize soccer uniforms and team apparel.
• Set up embroidery jobs including hooping, thread selection, and machine programming.
• Review artwork and ensure proper logo placement, sizing, and stitch quality.
• Perform quality checks on completed items before production completion.
• Maintain embroidery equipment and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Organize production schedules to meet team and customer deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with design, sales, and production staff.
