Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Experienced Embroidery Technician in Summerville. We are seeking an experienced Embroidery Technician to join our production team. This role requires hands‑on experience operating commercial embroidery machines, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain quality and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and monitor multi‑head embroidery machines (such as Tajima, Barudan, or similar)
• Set up jobs including hooping, threading, color changes, and machine adjustments
• Read and follow work orders, designs, and specifications
• Ensure proper thread tension, alignment, and stitch quality
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality control
• Maintain production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of embroidery machine experience (commercial/industrial preferred)
• Experience with multi-head machines and high-volume production
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Experience with digitizing software (Wilcom, Pulse, etc.)
• Knowledge of different fabrics, stabilizers, and backing materials
• Experience with logo placement and custom designs
• Background in textile or apparel production
