Job summary

Stitch Golf Holdings Inc. in Apex, NC is seeking an Embroidery Operator to run commercial embroidery equipment and produce decorated products according to customer orders. You will prepare the embroidery area, hoop garments, load designs, and monitor quality throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Prior embroidery, sewing or production-equipment experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good mechanical aptitude to perform routine machine adjustments.
• Organizational and time-management skills essential.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality a must.
• Clear communication of production concerns to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve staged orders and products from the Production staging area.
• Safely move pallets, carts, boxes, and production materials into the Production room.
• Verify order specifications before beginning production.
• Set up and operate embroidery machines per procedures.
• Load designs and set machine parameters for each order.
• Hoo p and position products for correct embroidery placement.
• Change thread colors per order specs and replace needles/bobbins.
• Perform test runs to verify design quality and color accuracy.
• Monitor machines for jams, misalignments, or malfunctions.
• Inspect finished embroidery for accuracy and workmanship.
• Report damaged items to the Production Manager.
• Maintain organized production area and proper paperwork.
• Record quantities and production issues in logs.
• Prepare completed orders for finishing or next stage.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Communicate shortages or delays to Production Manager promptly.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.
