Job summary

W3Global in Miami, FL is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technician for a full-time, on-site role. You will assemble, test, and troubleshoot frequency management devices under the guidance of engineering staff, and support prototype builds and product validations.

You will operate electronic test equipment, perform SMT soldering and wiring, document results, and assist with root-cause analyses while emphasizing safety and a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training/experience.
• 2+ years hands-on testing, troubleshooting, repairing, or debugging electronic assemblies.
• Able to read schematics, PCB drawings, test procedures, and datasheets.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, DMMs, frequency counters and power supplies.
• SMT soldering and rework with microscope.
• Systematically troubleshoot circuits and document findings.

Responsibilities
