Job summary

Mid-Continent-Controls seeks a Test Technician to perform testing, troubleshooting, and final verification of electronic assemblies. You will debug products, repair faults, and ensure calibration compliance while documenting results and communicating issues to the team.

The role requires reading blueprints, using oscilloscopes and DVMs, and maintaining quality records. Overtime may be required in a manufacturing setting; safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• 1 year in electronic test or related field preferred.
• Associate degree or technical certification in electronics required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Soldering certification preferred.
• Ability to read engineering blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial tests on assemblies using established procedures.
• Troubleshoot to component level and replace as needed.
• Generate problem reports and coordinate with Engineering for resolution.
• Document assembly issues and provide guidance to assemblers.
