Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial partners with a leading electronics manufacturer to hire a meticulous Quality Inspector in Maple Grove, MN. You will inspect production parts using precision metrology tools, follow ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Expect to read and interpret blueprints, perform electrical testing, and document results accurately while maintaining a safe, organized workspace. Training and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints, inspection procedures, and process sheets.
• Ability to make inspection decisions using established specifications.
• Working knowledge of measurement tools and inspection equipment.
• Ability to perform electrical testing of components using established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must complete J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 certifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts, components, and assemblies for conformance to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, inspection procedures, and work instructions.
• Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, height indicators, and other tools.
• Conduct electrical testing per procedures and blueprints.
• Record inspection results and generate required documentation.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers and manufacturing teams to identify quality issues.
